MATERNITY BENEFITS:
Maternity Benefit – Mother Lakshmi Bond This is a benefit for the first two children of a female beneficiary, Rs 30,000 for a female child and Rs 20,000 for a male child. If the laborer dies, the funeral cost is Rs 4,000. For the education of two children of the educational assistance beneficiary who have passed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class Rs. 2,000 rupees, 4th, 5th, and 6th class pass Rs. 3,000 rupees, 7th and 8th pass Rs. 4,000 rupees, 6,000 rupees for 9th, 10th class and first PUC pass, 8,000 rupees for second PUC pass, 7,000 rupees per year for ITI and diploma pass, 10,000 rupees per year for graduation pass, 20,000 for post-graduate addition which is 10,000/- per year for two years. Rs 5,000 for those who have secured 75% marks in S.S.L.C or equivalent class, Rs. 7,000 forms for those who scored 75 marks in Degree or equivalent course. 10,000 rupees for those who scored 75 marks, % in master degree or equivalent course. 15,000 rupees for those who scored 75 marks.
Medical Allowance (Labor Health Bhagya) is available to the registered beneficiary and their dependents from Rs.300 to Rs.10,000, Accidental compensation in case of death Rs.5,00,000 compensation from the Government and from the contractor or owner of the building or other construction works where he was working.
Rs 2,00,000 in case of total permanent disability and Rs 1,00,000 in case of partial permanent disability. Assistance up to Rs 2,00,000 for other general surgeries.
50,000 rupees each for a marriage grant (Griha Lakshmi Bond) of the beneficiary or his two children.
Two burner stoves with LPG connection facility (Working Gas Bhagya).
BMTC bus pass facility for registered construction workers traveling to Bangalore from the residence of such workers working under Bangalore Municipal Corporation.
