New BMW i4 2024 Sedan Launched In India have a look

BMW i4 Electric Car :

BMW i4 Electric- After the Ix Electric SUV and Mini Cooper SE Electric hatch, BMW group has launched its third fully electric sedan BMW i4 Electric in India. The price starts from Rs 69.90 lakh (ex-showroom). BMW is offering the i4 in a single e-drive 40 variant.

BMW i4 Electric Design :

The BMW Clar is based on an updated version of the modular architecture that also underpins the current Gen – G20 3 series.

An all-electric version of the 4 Series Gran Coupe is available in overseas markets. Apart from this, the entire design of the EV is like the sedan with some changes.

This includes a closed front kidney grille, different alloy wheels for better aerodynamics, a slightly different front and rear bumper, as well as blue accents all around. The BMW i4 EV sedan is offered in three colors. Mineral Metallic, Skyscraper Gray Metallic, and Black Sapphire Metallic are available with the car along with an optional M Aerodynamic Kit that adds some additional styling elements

BMW I4 Electric Interior And Features:

On the interior, the i4 features BMW’s curved display with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster along with a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, the system runs BMW’s latest I Drive 8 user interface with support for OTA updates. Other features will include a 360-degree camera, 3–zone climate control, powered front seats, many connected features, ambient lighting, LED headlamps, etc.

BMW I4 Charging And Range:

The BMW i4 gets an 80.7 kWh smart battery pack with a range of 590 km (WLTP), which is very high for any electric vehicle in India. With 205 kW fast DC charging, the i4’s battery can be boosted from 10% to 80% in just 31 minutes. As an introductory offer, BMW is offering an 11 kW ballbox AC charger with the EV. It will fully charge from 10% to 100% in about 8 hours.

BMW I4 Engine:

The i4 e Drive 40 has a single rear axle mounted electric motor that generates 340 ps and 430 Nm of torque, it is claimed to accelerate from 0 to 100 km in 5.7 sec. As of now, the maximum speed of EVs is limited to 190 km per hour.
